In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be made seven days in advance of arrival date, fourteen days in advance during holiday and special periods. A $20.00 handling fee per accommodation will be charged for all cancellations. There is no refund for early departures. We require a 30-day notice of cancellation for group bookings (three or more rooms).
